Were can I find the second password for the team rocket warehouse on sevi island four? Also how do I translate the dotted lines scribed on the door?

The second password for the door can be found when you get the Sapphire (or try to). Right before you get to it, a scientist falls down from the ceiling and takes it. He tells you the password so you "won't get mad at him".

The dotted lines are braille. (The code for blind people. You see it underneath the bathroom signs at McDonalds.) Just search the braille translation on Google. Another source you could use is the Pokemon Emerald official game guide. That game has braille in it too.
