I did what you told me to but I still encouter the same things!
Is there a speciel route or cave?
If anyone else knows how to help please please please help me and i will be forever grateful.

There is no special route or cave you just pick the pokemon you want only one at a time and then go to the wild and you will find the Pokemon there or it can also just appear in your pc which happened to me in Sapphire when I wanted a Groudon it just appeared in my pc, so just keep on trying and if it doesn't work then I really don't know what to do, sorry if it doesnt work.
