I've defeated Giovonni so can you tell me a good place to raise my Pokémon with my highest at Lv.44 and my lowest at Lv.37 (Pidgeot and Snorlax)

1) Where did you beat Giovonni?
2) Try battling on the cycling road,ortrainers in the sea, and if that does not work fight in the Pokemon Mansion.
