Yo, I'm asking this question because someone posted an easy way how to catch the legendary birds and stuff with ultra balls.

yeah, I did it once and if you really wanna know here it is...

All you have to do is get a pokemon with a sleeping move or a stat effecter, most effective is paralysis, sleep, or confused although not on low health.

Remember, you don't want to kill it you wanna injure it to the red zone and until you do then paralize it.

Or put it to sleep use your ultra balls until caught or repeat process.

I find luck is a major part.
