Defeat the Pokémon League and capture 60 kinds of Pokémon.
Then, talk to Professor Oak and he will upgrade your Pokédex.
Then, go to Island 1 and talk to Celio, who will give you the Rainbow Pass.
Use the Rainbow Pass to book passage to Islands 4, 5, 6, and 7.
