Sorry~~~ I hope this answer isn't too late~ I've been pre-occupied trying to learn how to drive~~~ (yes I am noob at driving, not buzz off)

Girl... well... more like 'lady' and I believe she lives on island ... 2??? my bro took the gameboys and games to camp so I can't check for ya, but I'm pretty sure she's on island 2...

Lol, you want the truth? this team has potential (as always~ *yawn* almost gettin sick of the word potential...) but it obviously hasn't reached it yet XD ~~~ *duh* I'd say venusaur is well raised ... er I mean well taught movesets, although Cut should be taken off...

This goes double for all your pokemon who knows a HM move that is not Fly or Surf (rocksmash and Strength have to be taught to VERY specific pokemon to be good, and the rest are useless beyond words) I'll talk to you about the ones that are at decent levels:

- Tyranitar's bite and rocksmash can be deleted for bigger better moves, for instance you can breed it with the drago family to get the awsome dragon dance, and get aeriel ace for those stupid friggin grass/bug/fighters ... that should make ttar be better than before

- Having sleep powder on venusaur is pretty good... althought venusaur are known to be drainers, i'll give you an ordinary moveset rather than a drainer... rather than Cut, get sludge bomb for the good ol STAB physical attack, good only against grass types, just use this on physicali weak pokemon.

Razor leaf can be replaced with the never-miss version of itself - magical leaf, but this is a move you must breed for with other grass types (you could even breed for a petal dance)

- Togetic should have baton pass if you want to keep ancient power, you're bound to get a stat boost if you dish out all 5 of it... and then you can pass and destroy =D double edge is the move to replace baton pass with, otherwise I don't know...

I never really used togetic on my team because of the awkward moves it learns... its hard to make it useful, I haven't figured out a dead set way to make togetic useful in a party yet (only in double batles... but the Eon family overshadow togetic's effectiveness in DBs)
