You have to buy an action replay at a game store you can't just put codes in because there is no where to put them in so you have to buy one.

On what?
On a GBA you need the actual AR device, you have to buy it from a store... cheating is not a feature that comes with the GBA....
... It does however come on emulators, but I don't think you'd be asking if you were playing on an VBA...
