Question for Pokemon FireRed

Right now I am on Island Five and have entered the Rocket Warehouse.

I have read post on how to get through the Sevii Islands but following the directions to get through the warehouse makes no sense.

(i.e. it says that after you go all the way to the top left corner and then to the right to take the left set of the two arrows pointing down, go up to the Rocket and take the left arrow above him to get to two arrows again....that isn't right, what two arrows?)

I tried that and only come back to the sopt where I have to go up to the second Rocket again.

It also says that after that you have to face the Rocket below you, well there isn't one below, just to the right and I can't get to him to move on.

Will someone please help me??

The directions are right, don't use the rocket guys as direction though... not many people can help you confirm because they cleared out the Rocket Warehouse so long ago haha.

After you go up to that rocket and take the top arrows (ie not the one lines up with the boxes, it's the furthest top one you can reach without passing the rocket Grunt or the third row of boxes from the top if that helps).

You will end up with a right arrow on your right (you should be facing it) and a row of 4 right arrows under you, and four boxes right above you...

So if you move right or down you will spin somewhere else, and you can't move up, move left and navigate through the plain space with no arrows.

You should come to a room, and from there take which ever down arrows that has a stopping pad (not the left one ofcouse) and just keep following the arrows until you reach the rocket girl on the right... from there talk to her and proceed.
