Okay, I really need some help.
How do you evolve Meoth? & what pokemon evolve by stones?

Stones? Okay... Here we go...
Eevee
Firestone- Flareon
Thunderstone- Jolteon
Water Stone- Vaporeon
Pikachu, Thunderstone-Raichu
Nidorina, Moon Stone- Nidoqueen
Nidorino, Moon Stone- Nidoking
Lombre, Water stone- Ludicolo (only avalible in R/S)
Vulpix, Firestone- Ninetales
Growlithe, Firestone- Arcanine
Skitty, Moonstone, Delcatty (Only avalible R/S)
Gloom, Vileplume with Leafstone, Bellossom with Sun stone
Poliwhirl, waterstone- Poliwrath, Politoad- Trade with king's rock
Jigglypuff, moonstone- Wigglytuff
Those are the ones I know.

I think it evolves at lv.28.Stones?
I think Evee,Poliwhirl, gloom, clefairy, jigglypuff, staryu, that's all I can remember.
