Does anyone know Deoxys attacks when you catch it? If so please respond.

I certainly do. Please rate me depending on how much I help you.
There are 3 forms of Deoxys; attack for FR, defence for LG and speed for E, all of which look slightly different. You need the Aurora Ticket to go to Birth Island and capture him.
I won't give you the full list of when they learn there moves because it is too long and varies between game versions.
However, here is the list in order of what it will learn:
Leer, Wrap, Night Shade, Teleport, Double team, Taunt, Knockoff, Pursuit, Spikes, Psychic, Snatch, Superpower, Swift, Agility, Cosmic Power, Iron Defense, Amnesia, Recover, Zap Cannon, Psycho boost, Counter, Mirror Coat, Hyperbeam and Extremespeed.
