How are you supposed to get to the other Islands?

Super Cheats do rule.

Well buddy I Wondered that myself but heres how

1) Beat the pokemon league
2) Catch 60 Pokemon
3) Talk to oak he will give you a National Dex (after you catch 60 Pokemon)
4) Go to One Island in the poke centre there should be one heck of a big machine talk to the guy in front of it his name is Celio
5) He will ask you to get a Ruby go to mount ember at the top of One Island
6) There should be to rockets approach them
7) They will talk about "Treasure"
8) They will say you've been listening get him or something similar
9) The rockets challenge you, they stink don't worry beat them.
10) They will run go into the cave behind them search through and find a red jewel in the middle of the room this is the Ruby take it back to Celio.
11) He will say thank you so much or something pretty much the same and gives you the RAINBOW PASS and takes your tri-pass and your town map and adds a few pages of islands four five six and seven then gives it back.

Then all you have to do is go to any dock and say where you want to go.
