These are the ones who I think are the best, but I don't like Charizard.
1. Dragonite
2. Salamance
3. Alakazam
4. Charizard ( Surprisingly has good stats and moves )
5. Jolteon
6. Gyarodos
7. Aerodactyl
8. Arcanine
9. Cloyster
10. Raichu
I did include moves in this rating, which is why I didn't put Venusaur.

I think Shedinja is the strongest Pokemon if with 999 stats and lvl 100. But really I just depends on what moves you teach your Pokemon and what lvl they reach all. I mean there isn't really a "Strongest Pokemon".

I believe that these are the best Pokemon but you can even make all of your Pokemon very strong by just using this cheat 420242DA 03E7
