Is there anyway that you can get the move PERISH SONG for any Pokemon except LAPRAS ???

Misdreavus can learn it, you can Trade it from Pokemon Colosseum to Fire Red/Leaf Green.

Altaria learns it at level 55, Absol learns it at around level 50, and Misdreavus learns it at level 46. That's all I know thus far.

There are a few other Pokemon that get the move Perish Song:
1) Jynx (Trade for Poliwhirl in Cerulean City)-gets PS at Lv 57
2) Smoochum (breed Jynx)-gets PS at Lv 49
3) Politoed ((Trade Poliwhirl with King's Rock)-gets PS at Lv 35
4) Misdreavus (Five Island, I think, in LeafGreen, so Trade from LG or Colosseum)- gets PS at Lv 45
There's no TM or Move Tutor that I am aware of that can teach that move.
