Where do you find HM 06, rock smash? I really need it.

You can get HM 06 (Rock Smash) on One Island, in the Spa. When you enter that spa, follow the path until you see the pools and can access them. The old man standing just across from the pools against the wall is the one who created the spa and the one who will give you HM 06 (Rock Smash)

Ther is a cave on the way to the mt.ember. A old man will give it to you.
