Question for Pokemon FireRed

Thanks for your help on a previous question, but It still wasn't answered for me. I have the Rainbow Pass, what I need to know is when the Mystery Gift is activited where do I go and recieve it, because It offers wonder cards and wonder news, and it keeps searching for another wireless communitor which doesnt work (tried it like 20 times) where do I get the mystery gift from?

Dude, I Think You Need To Be Hooked Up To Other People With A Wireless Adapter and make a friend some how.But I have the same problemand if I figure it out i'll tell you
