Nothing in the normal game, but if you enter in some shark code or something, new and rare Pokemon will appear there.

I think you need a e reader card or somthing

It only has zubays in it regularly but if you scan a special e reader in the game you get johto Pokemon in it such as houndour, mareep, aipom and others, the same johto Pokemon you get in the Safari Zone extension in Emerald after you beat the elite 4
