Question for Pokemon FireRed

Can yall tell me what E-Reader pack you get the Eon, Aurora and Mystic ticket in I've been searching alot of packs but I can't seem to find them. Please help.

You can't find any of the tickets in a pack, they can only be obtained through a Pokemon event.
