Go to celadon and go as if you are going to cycling road, then before the building that you go into b4 cycling road, there should be a tree you can Cut (it will be before where that snorlax was). Cut it and there will be a two on two battle, then enter the building next to them. Go through it and enter the house. The woman gives you Fly!

You know the town with the poke mall? Well go to that town, then go like you are going to the Bike road, instead Cut down the tree before it, go through it and go through the building north of the bike building, on the other side there is a house. Go in and talk to the girl and you will get it.

You have to go to celedon city && go next to the cycling road go up && Cut the branch then go through that building && go into the house && talk to the girl she will give you Fly!

You go to the 4th boss place then you go pass the Pokemon in front of you then
Use Cut to tree thought the tree then you just go left to the build at the in the the house you just talk to the girl in the green top then you said I need a Fly TM then she will get it for you then you put the fly TM on your flying Pokemon but you need to beat the 4th boss then 4th boss has green Pokemon so use the fly attack ot you just use a fire Pokemon you need the Pokemon on lvl 35 or more

At Celedon City head right until you see the building for the entrance of Cycling Road. There is a small tree next to it. Use Cut on it, continue through the building to the right. Once through, go into the small house. Talk to the kind lady and she will give you Hm2, Fly.
