You must first have 60 or more Pokemon to get the national dex.then you must go to 1 island and go up to mount ember.when you first walk in go right and you will see 2 rocket members blocking a cave.go up and battle them.after you battle them go inside the cave and go to the end and find the Ruby.take the ruby to Celio and he will give you the rainbow pass allowing you to go to islands 4-7.
