Where do you breed and which of the five Eevee evolutions is the best ? I have a female one and I want to know which one is worth training?

It depends.
Do you like attack? talke Flareon (my favorite and cutest)
Like defence and hp? take vaporeon
Like speed? take Joteon
Like sp attack? take Espeon
Like sp defence? take Umbreon (2nd favorite very strong at high lvl

Here's a good Idea, breed Eevee with a Ditto four times and you will have 5 Eevees and you can Evolve them into anything. If you have already evolved it don't worry, it will probably still work.
