I think that that team is fine, but I recommend giving all of those Pokemon (other than Ditto) a greater diversity of attack types. The Tanoby Ruins house the Pokemon unknown and are unlocked using the Tanoby Key in Sevault Canyon.

Your team is great, but:

-If you already found loreli (the 1st trainer in the e4) in the ice cave on island 4, Waterfall is pretty useless, so replace it with something like earthquake or skull bash

-Ditto's cool and all, but if you go second, you're kinda gonna die or something, so you might instead want something to protect all those birds from electricity, like tyranitar

-Like I said about ditto, legendaries are cool and all, but instead of having a bunch of birds on your team, you could replace some with pokemon of the same basic element, like replace Articuno with piloswine for extra protection from electricity, or at least teach Moltres more than just fire attacks.

-Focus punch is an excellent attack for Mewtwo, but it fails a lot of the time, and it could use a boost of evasion, so mabye replace swift with double team, or if focus punch doesn't fail a lot, replace swift with shadow ball, because you can always get it again at the Game Corner

I was gonna say other stuff, but I forget what I was gonna say, so I'm not gonna say it. Don't you hate it when that happens.

All of those are good I got a Blastoise (lv 62) with all those attacks and your Zapdos. Go to Celadon Game Corner get loads of coins and buy the tm24 which is thunderbolt so that your birds have the best and 2nd best moves e.g ice beam and blizzard (when it learns that) flamethrower and fire blast thunderbolt and thunder simple.
