How is this team for the Pokemon League. I cannot get past Lorelei!

Well, it sort of sucks because nothing can super effect Lorelei, and your levels are way to low. Consider training more and try to teach your Zapdos an electric attacking move like Shockwave or Thunderbolt, that's how I got past Lorelei.
PS: When going up against Lance, if you get to his Aerodactyl, do not use Articuno right away, because it will use ancient power and kill you before you could even make an attack. Try using Snorlax to waste his ancient powers and use rest.

Why did you teach your Snorlax blizzard? Give it to Articuno and please get rid of rocksmash that move its not good at all roar will not do anything great for you either, same with mimic, its good but not great.
The mindreader thing is a great idea I would have never thought of that, good one! leechseed can go too you already have giga drain right
