If you want an amulet coin, catck 40 different kinds of pokemon. Then talk to professor Oak. Either he will give it to you or he says one of his workers has it(I forgot which one,sorry!)Find the worker and get the amulet coin.

First you would have to go to the guardhouse which connects Celadon City to cycling road.there in the guardhouse you should go to the stairs upstairs and talk to one of the prof.oak's aide.but before that you should have catched 40 species of Pokemon.
