The HM you are looking for is Strength. If you really don't want to give it to any of the pok�mon in your main team, just catch something crap and teac Strength to it. Strength isn't that bad a move though, especially for a HM.
To obtain Strength, find the Warden's Gold Teeth in the Safari Zone and return them to him. He will give you the HM Strength in return.

You will get the hm Strength by giving the warden his Gold Teeth which is lost in the Safari Zone. The gold teeth can be found in the safari zone. It is also shaped as a pokeball and it can be found if you walk all the way to the last area.

You can find it in the sarfari zone after giving the warden his nice old Gold Teeth...

In Fuchsia City, go to the Safari Zone and when you get to the third area you have to go all the way to the right and down and a few steps ahead of you you will see Warden's teeth. Give them to him and in return you will get Strength.
