Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi I was wondering is a horsey a rare Pokemon because I caught a ton of Bagon but no dragon scale and I have surfed and used all three of the rods yet no horsey also shadow mewtwo what is your e-mail address or phone number?

Are you crazy I can't tell you my phone number e-mail address what I can tell you is that you can find horseys are in route 132 through route 134 try using super rod also dragon scales are in horseys also horsey are not rare pokemons.if you need any more help just say my screen name and I will help. Horsea is not exactly rare... But it is pretty damn hard to find. To find Horsea, fish on Routes 132, 133 or 134. Horsea is pretty uncommon, so good luck.

Also, please do not ask for people's E-Mails or especially, their phone numbers.

No. They are not really rare. You don't even have to fish for them. Surf west (left) of pacifidlog town, into the wild currents and stop somewhere in there. Fish or surf around there and you should encounter one soon.

You wont find any Bagon holding a dragon scale. Horsea might, though.

You should never give your personal details online. Ever. Don't you know there are weirdo's out there? It's dangerous!
