Someone once told me you have to find them in the game. I don't know the locations but supposedly they are there.

You have to win all the master ranks of the contests in Lilycove city and after you win one master rank an artist will come up to you and ask you a question if the guy in the museum will take the picture of your Pokemon he painted. Say yes to him and you will see your painting in the museum. If all of your paintings of your Pokemon get shown in the museum (only 5 paintings) talk to the guy in the hat and he will thank you and give you a ice sculpture for your secret base.

You first need to beat the master rank conteset in lilycove.
