All Pokemon that can learn false swipe will learn it at the same level.

Ex: scizor learns it at 30 so if you breed scizor and get a scyther, then trade scyther w/ metal coat and the scyther evolves into scizor the scizor will learn false swipe at level 30. All scizors will learns false swipe at lv 30. Wether they are egss or not.

The above I made up (i don't even kno if scizor leanrs flase swipe).

Actually, there is an easy way. It's called "egg moves" firstly your Pokemon has to be able to learn 'false swipe' if it can't learn it it wont no matter what you do.

So get two Pokemon that will breed with each other. Make sure they are compatible (there is a really long and convoluted system for working out who goes with who. But who ever you breed.. The baby Pokemon will be whatever the mother was if you breed a girl jigglypuff with a boy clefairy, you will get a jigglypuff boy or girl from your egg. The best way to get a Pokemon you want is to breed either a boy or a girl of whatever Pokemon you want with a ditto. Ditto will breed with any Pokemon that can have an egg)

So what you have to do is make sure the father of the baby Pokemon knows false swipe (or any move you want it to have for that matter, even HM's) and if it works out ok, the baby Pokemon that hatches from the egg should know it.

Sometimes it doesn't work, because some Pokemon just wont learn certain moves or they really wont learn them in the egg. There are lists areound that tell you every Pokemon, and what moves they will learn at what level, and they also tell you that pokemon's egg moves. Check the walkthrough section, because those lists are huge,and I couldn't type them here... Good luck.
