To get an entei suicune or raikou you must either hack them, trade them off of Pokemon collosseum,
Pokemon xd gale of darkness, have them traded from a friend

No you can only catch them in Firered/Leafgreen. But you can trtade them from your gamecube game Pokemon Colliseum (If you don't have it tough luck....sorry but if you don't haven any of these things then you you just can't get them.
