I had a few questions. 1. How do you breed a Pikachu with Volt Tackle?

Question for Pokemon Emerald

I had a few questions.

1. How do you breed a Pikachu with Volt Tackle? Or does anybody have a code to encounter one, with out it being level 100.

2. How are people inputing really long strands of code into their AC's cause mine only has 8 lines you can put in to it.

You have to catch a pichu that has a lite ball and then you breed with a pikachu to get a baby that knows volt tackle

I only know the answer to the first question, regarding the fact that I don't have an Action Replay OR a Gameshark...

Here's how to get a Pikachu with Volt Tackle:

Step 1: Go into the Safari Zone, and capture as many Pikachu as you possibly can.

Step 2: After you're done, check each Pikachu for a Hold Item called the Light Ball. If not a single Pikachu is holding one, repeat Steps 1 and 2 until you have one.

Step 3: Take 2 Pikachu of opposite gender (or a Pikachu and a Ditto) with one holding the Light Ball (Pikachu holds it if using Ditto to breed) and breed them to get a Pichu that knows VOLT TACKLE!!! Now evolve it.

You now have a Pikachu that knows Volt Tackle!

Breed a male pikachu and a female pikachu (one of the must have a light ball which is an item) and you will get a pichu with Volt Tackle.
