Make a Pokemon hold the masterball and then clone the Pokemon. How do you clone? I actually forgot but you can check online or, goto Google video and type in: Pokemon Emerald: Cloning Pokemon and there should be a video on how to clone. (NOTE: You need to be in the battle frontier, and go into the battle tower.)
