Hi, I would really appriciate it if someone would tell me exactly where to find the legendary dogs.
Ps: Are they even on Emerald version?

There not on Emerald...you can get them throught Trading from Fire Red or Leaf Green or you could use a cheating devices and hack the pokemon

Hi, sorry about answering my own question but I wanted everyone to know that I also have FireRed version. So, if the legendary dogs are found on FireRed I would still appreciate an answer.

You can only get them if you trade from Pok�mon Fire Red and Pok�mon Leaf Green.
