Go to pacifidog town...go to the right and you will see some boulders with a little space between them...go there and follow the trail and you will endep on a little sand area and a cave...go inside the cave and go to th every end...after that your there....it can only be unlocked ones' groudona nd kyogre starts to fight and when Wallace asked you to go there..
Go to Pacifidlog. Then go right, then when you find the brown rocks, go up.
If you don't know where Pacifidlog is, go to Mossdeep. Surf all the way down until you can't, then surf left. If you find the brown rocks, go up (if you can).
Go to Pacifilog Town. Exit the town east. Surf EastWest between the rocks, you'll find Sky Tower then.
If you mean Sky Pillar, (where Rayquaza is located) then SURF east or left from Pacifidlog Town and you should see it.
First of all,I think you're talking about Sky Pillar. If that isn't the one then I don't know, but if it is,her's the answer.First you must fly to Pacifilog. Then surf on the right side.Stay on the top where the rocks are. Then when you see a passageway,go through it and you will find a cave.Go in the cave and find the exit.Once you do,you'll end up outside and then you could see Sky Pillar. Then go inside and hop on your Mach Bike so you could swiftly ride on the cracks and find the ancient and legendary Pokemon,Rayquaza.
