First of all putting Dig on Sceptile is really retarded...scond you can't get it back unless you cheat...

Well, Trapinch can learn Dig naturally...I hope that at least helps...

Catch a Trapinch and raise it to around Level 43, it learns Dig around there.

Guys, Trapinch can't breed with Sceptile, so your theories won't work.
