Go to Route 102 and use Physical Attacks (Like Tackle, Scratch, etc) if you want the Virus (which is called PokeRus, for your information). The best way to train your Pokemon is to go to Victory Road and give your Pokemon in training the EXP. Share.

The best way to train your pkmn is either using the match call(especially rechallenges against leaders) or the Pokemon league.For the virus,pokerus,it is at wild pokemon.
To get it,use physical attacks on wild pokemon(like strenght) and after the battle see the status screen of your pokemon.In the bottom of the screen(where apeear,for example,if your Pokemon is poisoned) it will appear status)pkrs(pokerus).

I have my own way of training Pokemon, and boy, does it work!
I take a weak Pokemon, and I put it in front of my party, holding the Exp. Share. At the beginning of a battle, I immediately switch it, in exchange for a much stronger Pokemon, and I wipe out the foe. The weakling gets a major share of the gained experience. Works even better with traded Pokemon. Repeat with trainers until satisfied.
The Pokerus is so rare, you have a better chance of finding a shiny Pokemon, but if you do find it...anyway, you CAN get it from certain infected wild Pokemon...chances are unlikely, though.
Verify this, too...I just want to be sure if I'm right....

The best way to train your Pokemon is to mix records with a friend who has high level pokemon. Other than that, fight the Pokemon league. To get the Pokerus, just keep battling around. When you go to the Pokemon center, nurse Joy will tell you if you have it.
