Can you please recommend a good moveset for my milotic.
Mine has:
Hydro Pump
Safeguard
Recover
Attract (my milotic is female)

I'd recommend this:
Surf
Ice Beam
Recover
Mirror Coat/Hypnosis
If you don't wanna breed, meh, there's Rain Dance and Return...

Doesn't work sorry.
Hydro Pump is alright if you don't mind missing every so often, otherwise, put Surf on.
Now Ice Beam is a priority. Recover is excellent for when you need to Recvoer HP. Attract fails, replace that with Hypnosis, that way you can get an easy KO in.

Milotic
Hydropump
Icebeam
Hyperbeam
Attract

Well, Milotic can be a good powerhouse Pokemon with the right moves. Teach it Surf and get rid of Hydro Pump. While the Hydro Pump is strong, it doesn't hit as often. It'll hurt you in battle more than it'll help you.
Recover is always a good move.
Attract is pretty good too.
The last move is up to you. Secret power is a good normal attack if she has a good attack stat.
