You need to use a Gameshark or Action Replay code to get it. Or you can wait endlessly for a Nintendo event, but you'd be better off getting a Gameshark or Action Replay.

You can only get the map by nintendo event's or by cheating device's

You can only get it from Nintendo Events or from cheats or from Mystery Giftin' with someone who has legitimate copies of it. You don't get it normally throughout the game. It's special.

Its easier to to get an Action Replay cartridge for your GBA but theres the Nintendo event choice too! I did have the Action Replay code somewhere but I can't get in now because it all smashed up.(I am getting a new one today).I will send the code for it when I can.
