Does anybody know how to get the mystic, aeon, Aurara and the old sea chart without using AR.

Yes. You have to download them from a Nintendo Event or use a different cheating device, such as a GameShark, but I recommend Action replay over all other options. Sorry dude, but these are the only ways.

Well, you could always attend a nintendo event, or, mix records with a friend who may already have a mystic, eon, Aurora tickets, and the old sea chart with them.

Wait for a Nintendo Event to happen where you can get these tickets. Don't count on anything special happening soon, though. Your best bet would be to use a GameShark or Action Replay to get the tickets.

There's other things. Mix Records: By conneting your GBA to another and copy his records and most of his stuff. That's includes the tickets IF he was it. Nintendo Events: Special events currently held in America..there you can dowload the tickets for free.
Mystery Gift: This thing is far more ambigious. Your chances are -1% but try though.

Well uhhh you could always use a gameshark instead.... Or become friends with someone who uses AR, or find someone with a real old game who got them legitimately a long time ago. But other then that forget about it, straight up.
