Couple of Questions, 1.Wat the the red/blue tent actually do?

1.nothing, decorations for you base. It's aTent duh!
2.After you beat the game go to route 103.
3.after beating the game, there a new on the tv that says that amysterious **** colour Pokemon is flying around hoen. then your mom wil lask you what colour is it. If you say red then Latias is what your going to get if you say Blue then Latios is what you going to get.

They will roam around Hoen after you beat the game.

1) they're just for decoration.

2) it's in Route 103, to be able to enter it, you have to beat the Elite 4.

3) in any routes after you beat the E4.

When you beat the elite 4 you get taken back to the town you started in watch the tv in your house your mum will ask you what color that Pokemon was if you say red you will find latias blue latios you will find them anywhere around hoenn but I found mine surfing off of mossdeep city you need to have a Pokemon with the abilty arena trap because the lati you encounter will flee on the first turn unless you have a Pokemon with the abilty arena trap and don't kill it
To get the other lati you need a eon ticket or an action replay cheat system
The action replay is your best bet and you will need the warp code to get to southern island you can find it in the action replay cheats section on this site

I have a to say something about #3 use wobeffet or wynaut.you can catch wobeffet from the safari zone. you can duplaicate him too. wobeffets ability is shadow tag that prevents the foes escape. so when you see someone saying get trapinch with an arena trap don't listen to them. i tried that and it didn't work arena trap prevents your escape.
