Pokerus = Pokemon Virus, a virus that helps you boost your Pokemon stats.
Sometimes when you buy the game, the wirless is free with it ot just the cable.

PokeRus is an extremely rare and valuable virus. You can get it by attacking wild Pokemon PHYSICLY. The Wireless Adapter to Emerald is the same ones for Fire Red/Leaf Green. Just take the Wireless Adapter and connect it to your GBA with Emerald in there.
