Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is it true that all of the legendary Pokemon are in emerald
like:
Lugia?
Ho-oh?
Suicune?
Deoxys?
And the other legendary pokemon.

I know that Lugia,ho-oh,and deoxys,are in the game .Also the three legendary dogs. I also know that the three legendary birds are in it too.What I don"t know is if the other legendaries are in the game too.

Uh, the other answers are sort of off a bit
FR/LG-Deoxys was obtainable in this game-you got Attack with FR and Defense with LG(they change when you trade to a different game, too), but you need an Aurora Ticket from Nintendo or cheat with a warp code to get to Birth Island. Cyber_john3000 covered the others.
R/S/E:
R/S-you could also get Deoxys in R/S, but no idea how exactly it went I don't know because I wasn't into Pokemon then. And Jirachi can only get onto R/S (not Emerald) with the bonus disc. So Jirachi wasn't obtainable in Emerald unless you traded it over. Also, you can get Mew in Emerald only with an Old Sea Map from Nintendo and they just gave Mews away Sept 30th in Toys R Us stores everywhere into any of the games FR/LG or R/S/E.
The dogs-all 3-you can get from Colosseum only unless someone is going to trade you the other 2 from FR/LG you didn't get or you play the game 3 times with different starters. Plus other good Pokemon, too, are in Colosseum, like Espeon & Umbreon. Lugia can be gotten from XD.
And if you have a cheat device you can get any and every Pokemon into most games if you have the right encounter codes, and if you use warp codes to get to the islands, they'll even appear legal!
Actually, if you really like legendaries, you can run into them all in PMD-Red/Blue Rescue Team, and possibly recruit and become all 386 Pokemon! Cool huh?
