Depends in your starter but you need each type.

Fire
Fighting
Dark
Electric
Grass
Water/Ice

Level your poke to 80 to make sure that you beat them easily since their Pokemon are 70 above.

Any Pokemon that is trained well and has good move sets then you should do just fine.

pokemainiac answered:

Use
Blazikien lvl75+ flamethrower/sky uppercut/earthquake/sunny day/
Sableye lvl75+ night shade/faint attack/psychic/brick break/
Richu lvl75+ thunderbolt/return/brick break/strength/
Walrein lvl75+ ice beam/surf/body slam/earthquake/
(ice beam mainly)
The champion
Ludicolo lvl75+ solarbeam/sunny day/surf/toxic/for whiscash
Use richu for the rest of the champions Pokemon
Then the last Pokemon is your choice but I recomend
Raquaza lvl75+ outrage/extreme speed/ice beam/earthquake thats it hope I helped
