These one's are usefull for their psychic team.

Lanturn
Grovyle. Level them all to 45 or 50. And you should be fine.

I won't rate them since you didn't finish the game yet, it's not fair that I rate them low while your half way finishing the game.

You shouldn't have much problem, though your machoke is going to get psychic moves, so he's not really suitable for this. You lanturn will probably get ground type moves, but you should easily get rid of xatu with electric type moves, and the others with water type moves. Your duskull is very suitable for this gym, but it doesn't know any good dark or ghost type moves, so that's another flaw. I'd say your crobat has the best moves for this gym, and grovyle also, but grovyle should've evolved into sceptile, he'd be stronger. Magcargo isn't very vulnerable against this gum.

Relax man your crobat knows giga drain, your lanturn knows spark and shokwave, and grovyle knows leaf blade, all attacks that can take out his water Pokemon

You should get some more bug Pokemon like duskox,butifly,herocross,pinsir but

Listen to what I'm saying ok. You've done well but if as you've done the game before this is embarrasing for you as you should of realised what was coming. None of these apart from your grovyle stand a chance as your Lanturn is water and elec type if they use a rock type move against you it could kill them I should know I done the same thing myself really you should evolve your Grovyle as when pkmn evolve their stats increase and also get a Ralts if you haven't already got one and teach it sunny day and teach your grovyle solar beam and make sure that they have had the pkrs virus if you can if you haven't already had it and watch their stats grow ridiculously fast and high in short amount of time. Hopefully that should help you if not go out of town to the cave up out of the way and when the water is gone travel deep into the cave until you find an icy floor and look around for a wild pkmn caled snorunt it evolves into Glalie also get hold of a low level Magikarp and evolve it to a gyrados the lower the level of the magikarp the better. Use HP UP protein etc on them as well this should help.

Your choice about Grovyle is good. The main Pokemon you should use are these:

Grovyle/ Sceptile:Lv 50+ Leaf Blade/ Giga Drain and two other random moves

Lanturn:Lv 45+ Surf/ Thunderbolt/ and two other random moves

Duskull:Lv50+ Shadow Ball/ will-o-wisp/ Shock Wave/ and another random move

P.S. These moves can also take on the 8th gym too.
