Question for Pokemon Emerald
How do you get Deoxys (in speed form...I think)? I don't know if it has to do with this space thing in Mossdeep City or an "Aurora Ticket."

There is NO space thing-it's a myth, an urban legend, no one has ever gone into space in these games...You need an Aurora Ticket to get to Birth Island to try and get Deoxys, who is in Speed Form in Emerald. This is only obtainable by getting a download into your game at a Nintendo/Pokemon Event, like the mall tour last year. I doubt they'll do it again, but who knows? They just gave away Mew on September 30th at Toys R Us stores, so anything is possible...
Your only other option is to use a cheating device, sorry! AR warp codes are my recommendation, as I know they worked for me, and the ticket codes don't always work.

First of all the whole go to space sh!te is nonsense and crap!!
You can use the aurora ticket and you will get the speed form deoxys. few things is that you need to cheat,mix records or go to nintendo events to get the ticket.

Get an Aurora Ticket from a GS or AR code. The space center "cheats" are lies.

First of all, there is no space. People have tried for hours figuring out if there is really a space. The absolutly only way to get deoxys is either buy a game shark or a action replay, or go to the nearest nintendo event. If you choose the nintendo event some guy will program your game to have the aurora ticket.
