Talk to the girl in the port at either slateport or lilycove.

Cross Stinger answered:

It's called Faraway Island. I don't place bets on this working, as you've likely obtained the Map by cheating, but you should vouch it at Vermilion port.

linkdude answered:

Go with the s.s. Anne or something like that and the he will ask you for the map and then you can go to it.

Plz rate this.

Go to slateport then go to the ferry lady and talk to her, but i'm guessing you cheated to get the ticket so it might not work.

Master Volthawk answered:

If you got the Old Sea Map through an AR code, you need to use a code called "Birth Island Enabler"

spanish_pixi_fish answered:

If you cheated to get it you need to use the "activate fareway island code" then talk to the woman at the harbour then you can go there.

Obviously you must've gotten it from a cheat code-a lot of times the tickets & map codes don't work. You need enabler codes usually to make them work, or maybe you aren't far enough in the game-have you gotten your SS ticket? That could be the reason it won't work, but it's probably just the ticket code isn't enabled or something like that. My advice is to use a warp code instead-it just puts you onto the island. They were very successful in my experience, I have ones for all the islands that actually work (except the Southern Island one has nothing there yet, but I haven't caught my 1st Lat, so that could be why-it'd be easier to trade records with someone who has an Eon ticket in R/S/E if you can) but I don't know if you have an AR or what version so no point posting them, but try the AR section. There's many so don't give up if you need to try a few to get the right one for your version AR! P.S. You'll need the right master code, a DMA disable code and a warp code for each island you want to visit. If you really have trouble, write again and I'll give you the ones I know worked for me, OK. And Mew is on "Faraway Island", not world's edge or whatever-so that's the warp code you need.

Geez guys! Sleeping out there or what? Hey-Linkdude: You were barely right in bogusing Cross Stinger because he said to go to "Vermillion" (which isn't in Emerald, only FR/LG) instead of Slateport/Lilycove to get to the ferry-he just got his games mixed up, but he's right about cheated maps rarely working (without an enabler code-and they don't always work either) which is why I suggested a warp code. But then after you bogus his answer, you do the same thing and tell mudkip47 to go to the SS ANNE!!! Which is in Vermillion! From FR/LG! You made the same mistake Cross Stinger did, and you bogused him????? Not cool! I've NEVER seen CS get bogused, especially by someone who's head's in the wrong game himself! He's right on the money 99.9% of the time, and everyone makes mistakes, but don't bogus someone if you can't even answer the question yourself, unless you asked the question and had bad results with an answer at least! The problem is not that mudkip47 is going to the wrong place anyway, his map is the problem since it needs another code to enable it most likely, so your answer was less accurate than his was as well!
Maybe it's none of my business, but I don't like when people don't play fair, and I don't like the way you bogused one of this site's stellar members! Go look in the stats to see Cross Stinger's extensive contributions if you don't already know...obviously he doesn't need the ratings, but that's besides the point.

Talk to the lady in the port at Lilycove or Slateport city and you'll go to Lilcove or Slateport City, depending the opposite city you were at.
