Question for Pokemon Emerald
Ok everyone I have a few questions
1.) Where do you get the tm dragon claw
2.) Where are all of the places you can catch Pokemon from the jhoto region (mainly larvitar) and other rare ones
3.) I have a level 100 togepi and I want to make a baby one but it doesnt get along with my dito, is there any Pokemon it will breed with to make another togepi?

1. Meteor falls, you need hm waterfall to get to the room.
2.safari is one place but most of you need to cheat or trade.
2.if it says 'those two don't like each other' they wil have an egg, but if it says 'those two prefer to play with other pokemon' you won't get and egg.
A level 100 togepi, it should evolve to a togetic dude!

1. In the chamber of Meteor Falls where Bagon is found.
2. Safari Zone extension (Gligar, Santler, Sunkern, Snubbull, Mareep, Wooper, Quagsire, Remoraid, Octillery, Aipom, Shuckle, Houndour, Lebyba, Hoothoot, and Spinarak), the Battle Frontier (Sudowoodo and Smeargle, the latter in Artisan Cave), and Desert Underpass (Ditto). You will not find Larvitar in this game.
3. Togepi cannot breed.

2. In the safarizone.

1) TM02 (Dragon Claw) is in a small room in Meteor Falls (Where Bagon are found)
2) Most Johto Pokemon are traded from FireRed and LeafGreen. The following are some found in the Safari Zone after you defeat the Elite 4:
Houndour
Miltank
Pineco
Teddiursa
Stantler
Gligar
Hoothoot
Snubbull
3) Togepi is a baby pokemon. Baby Pokemon can't breed.

1. You get TM02 Dragon Claw in Meteor Falls. Okay, so go in Meteor Falls and go up the waterfall. Then go down the only stairs in the next room. Then go north and go up THOSE stairs. Pass the Old Couple and the Dragon Tamer, whether you battled them before or not, and go down the ledges while staying as far left as possible. Then, go down the stairs you end up in front up, and use surf. Follow the path until you see a first glance of land to your north. Go in the door and surf all the way to the end and you'll see an item. Pick it up and you now have TM02 Dragon Claw. And also, if you run around the room, you should eventually run into Bagon.
2. You can get a bunch of Jhoto Pokemon in the Safari Zone, and you can get Smeargle and Sudowoodo in the Battle Frontier, but to get Larvitar, you have to trade it from FR/LG. Also note that you have to beat the E4 before you get any Jhoto or even Kanto Pokemon.
3. Whatever that old man says about your Togepi and Ditto don't listen to him, because your Togepi AND Ditto will breed another Togepi for you. Just keep taking a lot of steps and the old man will eventually give you a Togepi egg.

1) In meteor falls
2) larvitar isnt in this game you have to catch it in fire red/ leaf green. Other johto Pokemon can be caught in the safari zone after getting all 200 hoenn pokemon.
3) Catch another ditto.
