Ok, first of all, before I tell you the code, my friend Justin told me a different way to get it, but this one will take some time. Ok, here are the steps.
1.) beat the elite four 50 times.
2.) Go to Mirage Island.
3.) Keep walking in the grass near the soil until you find a celebi. My friend Justin found his on level 70. You should use a repel and then keep walking in the grass until you find it. Now then, I am going to give you the action replay code, because I can't remember he gameshark code right now. I am pretty sure that I remember it , because I just used it a month ago. I believe that the action replay code was this:
e9494f7c c1f354d2 f2d47f24 f26e13e1.I am sorry that I could not remember the gameshark code.

This site contains several gameshark codes for this game. You should be able to find the one you are looking for by looking up this game in the game search bar and then by clicking the gameshark code section for this game.
