Well theres really no specific Pokemon to use but seeing as most of the wild Pokemon are electric I would suggest a team that is strong against electric types
Such as water or flying

Well seeing as his team is regirock, regiice and registeel I would sugest that
When he sends out regiice you use a fire type and when he sends out registeel use a ground
