Deoxsys is one of the best Legendaries. You get it by accuiring a ticket that leads you to Birth Island.

Deoxys is a Pokemon which is extremely annoying with it's forms and you get it by cheating.

Deoxy is one of the strongest Pokemon, you have to go to a live event to get it. It is on Birth Island.

He's not the strongest!! He's a legendary dude which has 4 froms. That varies in different poke game FR,LG,R/S,E
Every Pokemon has weakness so he's not the strongest!! Mewtwo is much better tha deoxys.

You get him by cheating but you have 50-50 chance tha he will obey you or not.

Deoxys is a legendary Pokemon with 4 forms. You get it at a Nintendo Event. And for those of you who spout your useless babble about "you can only get it with an action replay", why would nintendo make a Pokemon specifically found by cheating, if Nintendo doesn't encourage cheating? Think about that.
