No, not unless you go to spain because they make eligal copies of games but I doubt you want one of them anyway just stay clear of them kind of games!

Not that I know of. Unless it's a game that exists in some other country. I mean Japan was the only country to have Pokemon Green, so who knows? However, I do not believe there is such a thing as Pokemon Black.
