It doubles the amount of stats gained by leveling up.(Like MACHO BRACE but without the speed deduction.)

If you mean pokerus which I think you do then it gives the 'infected' Pokemon twice the EVs that it would normally get. For example if your staryu had pokerus and killed a spinda it would gain 2 EVs instead of 1. If you also give staryu the macho brace it would get 4 instead of 1, which is lovely. If you don't know what EVs are then ask another question about them. But make sure to keep one Pokemon with pokerus in the PC so you don't lose it. It goes away in 3 days and apparently is more rare then shiny Pokemon and I guess more helpful too.

If a Pokemon has pokerus, it's exp. Will raise greater than normal after battles.
